We will review your request and determine if it is eligible for a refund based on the circumstances outlined above.
- Refund Process
Once your refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the decision within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If Refund approved by Fluxpara, it automatically get credited to your original payment method within 15 business days. - Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. If services were partially provided but not in line with the agreed-upon specifications, a partial refund may be offered for the unfulfilled portion of the project.
8.Disputes
If a refund request cannot be resolved through our customer support process, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
